Great staff, not-so-great room
The hotel staff were excellent and made our stay special. Unfortunately the room (a king superior) was less impressive. Very small, dated bathroom with wobbly taps and overall lacked the 'wow' factor. Also, the bar prices were eye-wateringly high!

Upgraded to Hotel 41
We was upgraded to the Hotel 41 and this was amazing. The staff could not do enough for us and made our stay extra special by upgrading our friends room on the second night to the conservatory suite as a special treat as I had informed them in advance of her illness. I will be forever grateful for this.

Exceptional 10.0
The location is ideal for events at the Palace. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Eating and drinking is well accommodated and to a high standard. Some rooms could be larger and decor is very traditional, but in keeping throughout the hotel.

Our room was ok but small everything there, didn’t manage to get some sleep as the neighbours were banging doors .
