From the moment I arrived until I departed nothing but friendly kind nice staff. Ellie at front desk was so sweet. I was suppose to stay at the hotel where the conference was but opted to stay at the Hyatt around the corner instead and happy about my choice! Very comfortable spacious room .. shower was good & toiletries provided nice. Small furnished balcony on 2nd floor .. we sat out with a nightcap at the end of each evening watching the mayhem as it left Bourbon St .. noisy and funny, but as soon as you close the balcony door and the heavy drapes it’s hardly audible. Really pleased with our choice, it was a great location. We had inclusive breakfast rate and were glad we did, choice was good, service prompt and very friendly. Choices were great too
