Room was really big and modern. Close to train station and a brilliant location with everything in walking distance. The staff were awesome we where treated so well nothing was too much trouble. The pizzas where really great value. Free breakfast was great with a hot selection made to order. Spectacular views from the rooftop hotub. Will definitely be booking again.

Just to be clear the hotel doesnt have a spa or at least what i would define as a spa. There is a sauna you can book for private use, a roof top jacuzzi and a private hot tub on the roof of the top floor suite. The room we stayed at has seen a little wear and tear (e.g. peeling wallpaper) but was otherwise perfectly fine. Soft drinks in the bar were replenished daily free of charge and the 24hour restaurant serves fantastic food. Service was second to none

Clean room, added extras of the free drinks which were re filled every day and the complimentary prosecco. Lovely modern hotel and being able to have that chill out time in the sauna and jacuzzi was an extra bonus would definitely stay again.

Room superb. Free bottle of prosecco and mini bar topped up daily of fizzy drinks, water and milk to utilise with coffee machine and kettle for tea. Great hot tub on roof and sauna, sauna has to be booked prior to use. Staff very friendly, even went above and beyond for us when our Auschwitz tour got rearranged for a 5am leave and they organised for a lunch box to he made up for us with us missing breakfast. Very impressed and would definitely be my go to hotel should I ever revisit Krakow.

We stayed do 4 nights and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. The only problem with the room was it was too warm and hard to sleep in. We asked for it to be turned down at reception and it worked for one night and then was hot again. The hot tub and sauna were a really good add on with the roof top views. The location of the hotel was amazing and the restaurant downstairs served really good food. I would definitely stay again

Staff were welcoming and very attentive, personally we didn’t use the restaurant but we were provided with lunch to take with us on our excursions. The sauna and hot tub facilities were a lovely bonus, the mini bar in our rooms were always full, alongside our room cleaned daily.

Fabulous hotel in great location. Rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beata on reception. Plenty of variety plus hot food that can be freshly prepared. Hot tub on the roof was a bonus to rest your achy joints after a day's walking. Would definitely recommend.

We’ll recommend! We had a very lovey stay. The hotel is top class! Very modern, the room is class. Everything that we need is already available. There was a free bottle of Prosecco that we really enjoyed and the 24 hour jacuzzi definitely made our trip memorable. Staff were friendly, clean and comfortable room. A luxury hotel with everything you need. Perfectly located by the train station and within 10 mins walking distance to the main square. Excellent choice for adults wanting luxury for an affordable price. The jacuzzi on the roof was a bonus with amazing views of the city. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

We had the suite the size was amazing but our last night we ended up on the sofa bed which was disgustingly filthy with stains The bedrooms lacked a lot the rooms were cold in the morning & the decor was dark & dull The beds were in the middle of the rooms with a huge tv on the wall & there was a place to hang a few things but no drawers or colour on the walls or any art work Needs colour badly 2 staff members on the Friday thought they would make the place really hot & we asked them at the front desk why was it was so hot & could we adjust it they told us we couldn’t control the temperature but they would reduce it to 20 which was freezing I ended up chatting through Hotel.com to sort the heat They told me I should have complete control of the heat with an iPad That was really annoying
