Rooms great however AC wasn’t working and the room was too hot to sleep. When asked the reception said they are in winter mode and AC isn’t switched on however he later revealed when challenged by 3 people that the AC in the hotel isn’t working and he or any of his superiors couldn’t do anything about it. They should have at least been kind and informed earlier or given option to guest during check in to cancel the reservation. To me it looks like a scam and they advertised AC and didn’t switched on to save some pennies

Good hotel near Place Louise
The hotel is in a very good location in close proximity to shops, restaurants and trams/Métro. Staff are polite and helpful. My room was big, comfortable and quiet. My only negative remark would be that the breakfast is quite grotesquely overpriced, even by Belgian standards, at €36,- per person!

Fantastic hotel, nice area,would definitely return
We had a fantastic stay here. We had 3 rooms in total as we travelled as a family which included me, my husband, our 1 year old, my Mum and my brother. All of the rooms were fantastic, nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were very spacious so there was plenty of room for the travel cot and still loads of space left to move around. The travel cot was provided by the hotel and we arranged this before we went and it was in our room ready when we arrived. I was a bit worried about the cot but it had a soft mattress that fit the travel cot well, they also provided a small duvet and pillow for the cot too if you need that. The room also has a fridge which was handy as we didnt have breakfast at the hotel so we could keep a few bits like juice etc in there. When the room is cleaned they provided you with 2 small bottles of water each day in the fridge. The hotel is located in a nice, safe area and has plenty of restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed Manhattan's Burgers which was an easy, relaxed place to go to with our 1 year old. It is only a short 5-10min walk to the metro station which does have a lift which is handy if you have a pushchair, suitcases or are disabled. The staff at the hotel were always very friendly and cheerful and I would definitely stay here again.
