Clean, comfortable and great location. Bed was huge and comfortable. The box breakfast could have been better, there was plenty of it but the croissant was stale and banna was chilled.

Great area
Brilliant locale and quiet (apart from Friday night clubs). TV volume in room could not be heard or altered and pressure of flush and shower were poor, but not to the extent it was worth mentioning. Room was 1411 and had some of the best views we have ever gad of London skyline.

Enjoyable
Overall an enjoyable stay, I expected more from the room though. The décor was quite dated and there was quite a bit of damage to the timber panelling and bathroom.

Amazing hotel
I took my husband to london to see a show for his 40th birthday and booked the cavendish hotel for us to stay. I had not been here before so didnt really know what to expect but wow was we pleasantly surprised. What a wonderful hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming the room was spectacularly clean and the bed wow it was so comfortable we didnt want to leave.

Good 6.0
We always love this hotel, staff are great, rooms are great, showers warm and powerful, position of hotel is superb for shopping and shows. Our room is cold and nothing I can do with air conditioning seems to up the temp. The windows in our room are aged and not double glazed, the noise from the street last night was incredibly loud and there were guest running around the hallway shouting on and off for about half an hour in the early hours. It was short lived each time so difficult to report. This is not the hotels fault but wondering if they do have CCTV on floors which might have alerted them to behavior around 2am as not being conducive to a good night’s sleep! The hotel let us have our room super early after a failed nights sleep previously while travelling on the sleeper train. Called at 6.30am and in our room by 7;15, this made our weekend!

A Jermyn Street jewel
Very comfortable beds excellent location and as usual very polite helpful friendly staff particularly Rumen in the lounge where we always end up for a nightcap! Stayed at the Cavendish a number of times now and have always enjoyed the stay there and can't really fault it.
