Nice hotel. Comfortable stay. Great black-out blinds. Not too much noise coming from other rooms so we slept well. Great double bed. Good shower. Nice breakfast. Lovely orange juice. Ok pool. Bit shallow but refreshing. Children enjoyed using it. Good drinks / drinks service by pool. Sofa bed was not ideal for our small children. Felt a bit grubby / old and they complained it wasn't comfortable. Location was okay. We walked everywhere from hotel. Felt slightly uncomfortable at night at times with people hanging around but we felt safe enough to walk. It was as we'd expect in a city centre.

Nice hotel in an unsavoury location!
The hotel was fine and had all the amenities and great services that we have come to expect from a Novotel. There is a rooftop bar with some nice views of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful if you had any questions and willing to help. We had breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast options were were ok but would have liked better hot food options! The location of the hotel was in a neighbourhood which has in recent times become run down and is one of the poorer areas of Athens. Walking during the day time is fine but as soon as it hits darkness you see some unsavoury characters hanging around. Overall I would say it’s a nice place to stay but be mindful of the location if you are someone who plans to do a lot of Ealing during the night.
