Overall the hotel is nice with attentive staff.
We had requested a high floor room days before our arrival via email to the hotel. We arrived just before midnight check-in day. Reminded staff that we had requested high floor but then it was not fulfilled. On our departure day, we requested late check out because we had a very very late flight out but lady told us they were sold out and then continued to say that for 50% of the daily room rate we can have a late check out. That seems very odd! Overall staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was nice and very comfortable. However, carpets in our room were very worn out and wrinkled - not what I expect of a 5-star facility, In-room meal service were 5-star excellence. Overall our stay experience were mixed.
