Overall stay was good! However for being a luxury hotel that claims to be a wellness hotel with no hot tub, sauna or steam room is a little odd. We were hoping it atleast had a hot tub to enjoy in evenings. Pool closes at 8pm. Also we had asked for cutelery from front desk. I calledn4 times. My husband had to go down himself and get it from the lobby kitchen. Someone came about 40 45 mins after we had called. And it wasnt a busy time. Hotel is clean and everyone is friendly. Location is okay. Would i stay here again? Prob not esp with how expensive it is and not having all amenties and service being very slow.

This was such a disappointing experience. It’s such a beautiful hotel but they just can’t get so many basic things right. I was charged full price for 2 nights -3 times and am currently out $3700 waiting for the refund. The woman who checked me in was rude and dismissive when I said I’d paid through Expedia. And argued with me after she charged me 2x. Note the front desk manager Marian was helpful and polite when I had to escalate my situation. The double rooms only have bath showers. With very high sides and it’s super hard to climb in and out of for a shower. For a supposedly calm and zen vibe place it’s incredibly noisy with loud dance music blasting from the pool at 9 am And the lobby is so loud and dark with music playing in the bar area. It sells itself as a zen vibe hotel and the decor is amazing and hotel is gorgeous. But to charge $600 usd a night and have such basic things be wrong. Is super disappointing. I was supposed to stay another night but went across the street to the Andaz as so disappointed with my 1 Hotel experience.
