Only stayed the ninth as it was a layover. Room was absolutely fine. The hotel itself is a bit tired, the hallways especially and can become quite the maze.

    Not very Good!
If you want a truly 70's experience (which I didn't) the you've come to the right place. Although the location is good, there's car parking and the service is friendly at the desk ...the hotel is clearly in need of modernisation and a complete overhaul. We were only there for 2 nights so it was bearable however a customer we saw literally walked to her room and walked straight back to reception saying she immediately wanted to check out. Personally, if it wasn't for the wife and kids saying they were ok with it for 2 nights I'd have done the same. The rooms and corridors are in a time warp with fixtures and fittings from a by gone era, with dust in the air vents to match. See the images attached for a true reflection of the hotel not the misleading hotel images!

    Great location, terrible hotel
Great location for Back Bay and Fenway Park, but the hotel was very basic and really needs updating / renovation. It was like a throw back to the 70's staying here. The room was a good size, and bed was comfortable - but they were the only plus points. There was no fridge in the room, the air-con was the loudest I have ever heard, and the bathroom/toilet was very cramped. My wife is short (5' 2") and even she had to duck to get her hair wet in the shower. The decor is dated and thankfully I had my flip flops with me to avoid stepping on the carpet that looked like it was laid when the hotel was originally built. This was the worst value for money that I have had with a hotel booking in a long time. Credit must go to the friendly staff though, and to the photographer who took the photos for the pictures in the hotels ad. Would definitely not recommended this hotel to friends/family. Worth paying the extra few bucks and staying at the Hilton or Marriott along the road.

    Exceptional 10.0
    Good hotel
Good hotel overall. Good breakfast place nearby and an easy walk to the metro or downtown. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hairs left in bathroom from previous clients.

    Exceptional 10.0
    Great hotel reasonably priced
Comfortable room, friendly staff, standard hotel decor. Would have been nice to have an option of breakfast. The pool, though advertised, was not available.
