This hotel is not what it appears to be. Upon arrival, which was confusing enough with the parking garage being a mix of city and hotel traffic, we found we had ice cold water only in our sink, several curtain rings hanging off the shower curtain, dusty surfaces throughout the room, and a view of a concrete wall outside our window. Willing to give it the benefit of the doubt because of the decent city location, we thought we would wait until the morning to see if the water, at the very least, resolved itself. We ended up taking ice cold showers and luckily being able to switch rooms, but only after engineering was first sent to our room twice to try to "fix" the water temperature. The front desk staff, while friendly enough, did not communicate with each other about our ongoing issues, and we were told several times by several different staff members, "Oh, they never told me about your room problems." Nights 2 and 3 were no better in a new room, which had thin walls, dirty floors, and equally dusty surfaces. Not only does housekeeping come at 9 am, but when you ask them to come back later because you're getting dressed, they never return. We had to ask for several items (coffee, fresh towels, fresh bath mat) in the evening, and the room was never vacuumed again either. Safe to say we will never return. This is extremely overpriced for what it is: Motel 6 with a cheap veneer, masquerading as a "boutique" hotel.
