Amazing. Beautiful hotel. Spacious room with high quality large screen Samsung tv and wrap around balcony with fantastic views of LA. A little far out however, but in safe surroundings with excellent customer service. We were given free use of ‘house car’ within 2 mile radius, and did not expect it to be a Rolls Royce Ghost with a chauffeur!
The outdoor gym is especially nice and had Peloton bikes
This was an excellent choice for a hotel during COVID! There was no valet parking because of the virus, but onsite garage self parking was complimentary - which was a nice touch. Inside the room we were provided with extra face masks, a bottle of hand sanitizer, and extra surface sanitation wipes. As soon as we arrived and checked into our suite, a staff member brought up a complimentary platter of fresh fruit, a ton of bottled water, and a handwritten welcome letter from the hotel manager. Staff was attentive and very friendly! Room service was also still available until 10pm. We ate at the properties restaurant for dinner, and for breakfast the next morning. Everything was exceptional! They have A LOT of outdoor seating - so reservations were not necessary at anytime, which was nice to not have to think about. Also - the pool is open with full service! I highly recommend this four seasons location!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay. From beginning to end we were taken care of. Thank you to Kisha in concierge and her team. We will definitely be returning.
Amazing service. Rooms are just ok for the price but location and service great. Overall nice. Be aware parking garage has very low clearance if you have a large/high vehicle

The Four Seasons is a gorgeous hotel with a reputation for excellent service. I believe in a five-star hotel they should have a Nespresso/Keurig machine in the room when I get there. I’m not sure of all the COVID-19 rules so when I didn’t see one I asked. The problem was I had to ask 4 separate times. Unacceptable in a five-star hotel.
Front desk, restaurant, concierge are all very attentive. Valet, due to Covid-19 has been temporary suspended and self parking had been in-placed. BUT I still saw customers leaving their vehicles right in front of the valet booth, greeted by the valet, exited their vehicle and walked into the hotel while the valet drove and park the customers' vehicles! That increased the risk of contracting / spread Covid-19 and SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED.
At $450/nt, I expected more.
