The washroom door cant be closed if sitting on the toilet. Overall, very clean jotel and the amenities were in good condition.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, close to everything. There was a grocery store across the street, which came in handy. There was even an actual Tim Hortons shop attached to the hotel, and it wasn't just a kiosk. Loved the added security with having to use your room key to access your floor via elevator. Parking was a little confusing, and trying to find where the elevator was 😆 (btw park in the red zone). Restaurant was great, the breakfast buffet was better value than ordering from the menu. We would stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly staff. A bit tricky getting into the front door when driving as Ottawa is filled with one way streets. Parking is available underground beside the hotel but be aware that this underground parking lot has very low ceilings and pipes hanging even lower so if you have a hatchback be careful opening that back door.

Hotel was pretty clean. Only complaint myself and my travel mates had was the beds weren’t the greatest. The hotel is in a great location! Close to parliament and all the sights!

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. The entrance door to the room could use an update though, it did not look sturdy. Everything else was very good. The underground parking is very useful and easily accessible.

8/10 Very good

Older property but well kept. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was a bit small, barely enough room to close the door. On site restaurant/bar was good and Tim Horton’s also on site.

Valet service was great and convenient though its bit expensive. Staff was extremely helpful. we didn't like the interior of hotel. Its tight and outdated. Rooms were small but clean. Overall it was okay experience.

10/10 Exceptional

Smallish room, but well designed. Great location with a subway entrance attached, but most tourist locations were close enough to walk to as well, but was great when it was pouring rain. Grocery store right across the street and a tim hortons attached to the hotel as well. Huge pool, good gym. The air conditioning didn't really get cool enough, during the heat wave there unfortunately. Bought everything else was clean and great.

Good hotel great renovated rooms. My biggest complain that made me move rooms (from a renovated to an un renovated room) as the adjoining doors allow for so much noise transfer.

Nice clean hotel with recently renovated rooms. Amazing, large pool, which is rare. Gym is a little small and could really use a full set of dumbbells. The pool changing rooms and sauna should be cleaned more frequently.
