The stay overall was okay, however there was difficulty in the check-in process due to some technical problems. The hotel is older but comfortable, however there was a "stale" smell in the elevators and hallways.

Beacon
The bed was very uncomfortable. My room was right next to the service elevator which I could hear from early morning through late night. The toilet was so close to the wall, I couldn't comfortably sit and the toilet paper roll was on top of my leg. Charging a "resort fee" of $30 per day is just another way to tack on fees without providing services. 2 bottles of water for $30? Absurd!. Nowhere to sit outside in the shade. all of the outside areas were not covered and in the direct sunlight most of the day. I forgot to mention the barking dog next door. I won't be staying there again.
