This is a backpackers hostel not a hotel.
Do not stay here if you have luggage. This is a backpackers hotel. And I use that term loosely. We had a family and luggage. Could not find a location ( from the side of the hotel that had an elevator ) to call for an Uber. Had to cancel and get charged a fee as the pickup location is up about 50 cement stairs. Response from hotel staff was that they were not responsible to help with an Uber. Easy remedy would be to have a card that has a pickup location for rise share or taxi. Apparently the receptionist isn’t from the area and doesn’t know the street names well. What a mess trying to leave the hotel. They try to be helpful with a message upon booking as to where to enter if you have luggage but if you don’t speak the native language Goodluck coming and going if you aren’t prepared to lift your suitcases a lot of stairs.
