The ambience when you walk in was beautiful. Our stay was very clean and we had nice views from our room. Loved everything about this hotel. The only con is the valet is a tad pricey. There’s a parking garage a little walk away which wasn’t too terrible but would’ve preferred easier parking.

Easy check-in and check-out (prepared). Staff were very nice and helpful. We went for a one night stay on 4th of of July. The coffee shop was closed by the time we got there, but they provided free water w/cups at the front desk area. Room was nice and clean. There is a restaurant on-site but we didn't go in there. I wish there was a vending machine area or better signage about getting bottles of water from the Front Desk. I only found out later on the little slip included with the key card and we were on our way to check out. Overall great one-night stay for the Saints baseball game.

Great location and clean room. My only complaint was the air conditioning could not be turned down low enough. I hate having a warm and stuffy room so I wanted to lower the AC to 65 degrees for sleeping at night and was unable to do so. The AC system did not allow me to override the preset which seemed to be 75 degrees.
