Great hotel and on a direct limo bus from Kansai.

    Comfortable stay
The reception service was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The limousine bus from the Kensai International that takes you to the hotel is clearly signposted and very convenient. There was help with obtaining a ticket from the ticket machine. I was surprised that one had to pay if one was to use coffee/tea making facilities in the room- I travel a lot and hotels normaly either do not provide such facilities or they are free of charge. Of more importance to me was a lack of drawers / shelf space for my 4 nights stay but I would happily stay at the hotel again if I was to go back to Osaka

OK but rooms need major renovation
Hotel in a very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. However the rooms need major renovation, the one we were in must not have been renovated in 20+ years. Not what you expect for a "superior" room in a Sheraton. Whilst understanding Sheraton only acquired this hotel a few years ago perhaps they should in the meantime make the room descriptions a bit more suitable.
