Check in was not great. They didn’t even know what VIP status was. The room was basically a bathroom with a bed in it. There were no stirrers or spoons at the coffer bar. The pool looked like a carnival cruise with dudes standing in the water with beer bottles. Bunch of people in the textile free sauna wearing smelly bathing suits.

A few little hiccups. The overhead bed light did not seem to work. The pant hanger clamping did not work. Please get rid of the muzak in the corridors and at breakfast. The dinner from the bar was very acceptable. The breakfast was very acceptable. Fine bed. The shuttle from and to the airport was a real help.
