This hotel is located in the best part of the city. Center of best shopping district and great restaurants. Friendly staff, very professional concierge service. The made our stay very pleasant (Carolina ) was awesome in helping us plan our stay . One of the most beautiful lobbies, with comfortable seating .

Don’t bother. Try a modern boutique hotel instead
#hotelhell This is a 5-Star Hotel that has seen its best days. It is so run down, the sheets are scratchy, the bed so soft and old. Oh and the smell from those overused carpets… just too much. It is also incredibly noisy. I had to change rooms three times and then gave up. Not for business travelers. There are many beautiful boutique hotels in Lisbon. Go there.
