    Very good 8.0
Nice hotel in great location. Near the sights and close to Acropolis underground station.

    Good 6.0
    looking forward to returning
The hotel is clean, has very friendly, helpful staff, and an amazing view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace. The rooms could do with more outlets to charge electronic devices; some rooms had only one, although some had a mirror alcove with an outlet. There are three elevators, so it can be confusing to find the right one. The elevator to the 7th floor, the breakfast, bar and dining area, is small and often involves long wait. Still these are minor points - the Royal Olympic is a lovely place to stay!

    Poor 2.0
Just come back from the royal Olympic and it was the worst service I have ever experienced . Problems at check in and check out and got back to the UK to discover been charged twice for the hotel extras .

    Great hotel
Hotel was beautiful and met our expectations. The room was very nice but as always there was limited English channels on the tv although this is a minor point. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast very nice but the star of the show was the view from the rooftop terrace - amazing

    Fair 4.0
Massively overpriced food both breakfast and the rooftop restaurant. Staff in general were unhelpful and miserable. The lift system is poor and slow, certain rooms only accessed by certain lifts.

    Frustrated by smokers
Still amazed that this beautiful hotel allowed smoking in the breakfast area ( we had to move three times one day) and by the pool The smell of smoke in these areas totally spoiled the ambience and made our stay at this beautiful hotel uncomfortably serial. Such a shame !!

    great location
nice room bathroom could do with an update but ok.

    Poor 2.0
    Awful waste of money
Without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Highlights include being moved rooms 3 times (1st had plaster falling down, 2nd had someone already sleeping in it and 3rd was booked after 1 night). We were told by the front desk ‘to enjoy it whilst it lasts’ for our third room (it was a suite, this was told at 2am at which we jus wanted to sleep anywhere). Manager offered us a drink in he bar, barman told us drink was too expensive and couldn’t have it. Good luck getting any service at breakfast staff are awful and rude.
