Spot on thank you
The hotel was very easy to find. Check was lovely and easy. It didn't matter that we arrived half an hour before the check in time because the room was ready. The room although smallish was lovely and clean. WiFi was good. Breakfast was good. Overall enjoyed our 1 night stay

Good location, clean rooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Check-in was extremely slow - only 1 person on the desk and the procedure took ages. The rooms were clean but the whole hotel could do with a refurb and upgrade.

Not the best overnight experience. Hotel staff were friendly enough on arrival, had to ask twice for an extra bed but did get in the end. Room was ok but bathroom, especially bath, needs updating and you could hear conversations next door thro vent. However all that we could put up with but hotel right next to busy highway and traffic noise kept husband and I awake most of the night, kids slept OK tho! Our room was at back of hotel so not sure if front rooms would hear noise as much. Wouldnt stay again but just because of road noise.

One More Night on the Long Drive to CA.
The hallways felt like an old hotel & dated but once in the room it felt fresh and modern. The hot breakfast was a welcome start to the day. The room was quiet & comfortable. Good stay.

Always has been awesome. 3rd floor maid not great.
I have always loved this place, it is great value and breakfast is awesome. But this stay, service was a bit subpar. First upon arrival, batteries were out in remote, called front desk and they were out so they said they would go get some and deliver to the room. 3 hours later, this still was not done. Next though cleanliness is usually awesome, there was urine o the 2nd bed coverlet. I informed the 3rd floor maid and was told policy was to not clean rooms while guest is in them. That has never been a problem before as our room has been cleaned in my presence on extended visits. So she requested I sign recusal if service. It was a bit fishy as my things are in the room, why can they not clean while I’m there, yet can only when guest isn’t present, doesn’t seem like a policy that should be in place especially when there are soiled linens upon arrival.
