The Pousada it's generally good, but in my room i didn't find any soap nor body wash, no hangers for clothes, in my friend's room there were 3 pcs of soap, but no body wash,and she had hangers. My face towel was dirty. The location and the parking were the plus.

Awful. Don’t stay there. Everything was wrong from the payment aspects, the mattress and bedding, the poor breakfast, the run down property overall. Avoid even if you find the pricing is good.

We had one of the cheapest rooms and it was a really bad experience. Mould on the walls, uncomfortable beds and yellow and black spots on all the towels and sheets. The outside area and breakfast was good, but the room itself was nasty.

Minha experiência foi mista. Os pontos positivos foram a ótima localização, o café da manhã, que tinha boa variedade, e o atendimento da equipe, que foi muito prestativa. Permitiram que deixássemos as malas antes do check-in e também após o check-out para que pudéssemos almoçar antes de ir embora. Por outro lado, alguns problemas prejudicaram bastante a estadia. No anúncio informava que a pousada possuía piscina, mas ela estava em reforma quando chegamos. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, porém essa informação deveria ser avisada antes da reserva. Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava, o box do banheiro não fechava e tivemos que tomar banho com ele aberto. O banheiro não possui janela e, como a única janela fica ao lado da cama, as toalhas e roupas não secavam. Sempre que voltávamos ao quarto havia um cheiro forte de umidade. Também não era permitido colocar toalhas ou roupas para secar na cadeira em frente ao quarto nem na sacada. Como sugestão, seria interessante disponibilizar um pequeno varal de chão ou algum suporte dobrável dentro dos quartos, já que não há um local adequado para secar toalhas e roupas de banho. Com esses ajustes de manutenção e mais transparência nas informações da reserva, a experiência dos hóspedes certamente será muito melhor.

Estacionamento seguro e amplo (mas não é coberto), perto do centro, deixamos o carro na pousada e fomos a pé ao centro histórico e nas escunas, um sossego já que no centro o trânsito é limitado e os estacionamentos pagos são ao ar livre. Equipe ótima, excelente pra marcar passeios de escuna e jipe , café da manhã variado e ótimo. Preço justo.

Por ser uma pousada 3 estrelas e meia,as toalhas extremamente finas e pequenas, não tinha uma toalha de rosto,tive dificuldade com o chuveiro 🚿 pra tomar banho, não esquentava,estava frio e ficamos 20 min pra aquecer,os travesseiros muito ruins ,e a coberta era um Suede um pouco mais grosso que o normal,tive que pedir mais um pra me aquecer.

RECOMENDO, local agradável, limpo, equipe muito atenciosa e com ótima localização e com preço justo. A princípio eu me assustei com alguns comentários do google, mas até locais como as cataratas do Iguaçu tem comentários negativos, pessoas mal intencionadas fazem isso todos os dias, enfim mesmo assim resolvi testar e me surpreendi positivamente. Resumindo podem se hospedar COM TODA CERTEZA. Ano que vem ficarei novamente no local, afinal é praticamente no centro histórico, silencioso e com estacionamento incluído. Excelente.
