Room was super clean, Phil (the owner) would communicate via text and make sure you had what you needed, and the pricing of the room we got was a lot better than a lot of the other hotels nearby. This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s centrally located with easy access to everything on the Cape. It was clean, the staff and owners were extremely nice and the coffee and pastries were a nice surprise! The property had lots of little touches that you don’t find at big chains. Beautifully landscaped, yard games and a fire pit. Also a handwritten note when we checked in was in our room! Oh and Thumper, the dog that owns the Inn is precious - and we can’t forget about the goats! ❤️

Delightful Gem/Great Hosts

We had a lovely 3 nights in a wonderful room. There were many little details that made it exceptional: We found a fresh bottle of water and a bucket of ice in our room every day. We were greeted with a little welcome note and some sweets. There were ample towels and an assortment of toiletries in the bathroom. The room, although on the smaller side, was very cozy, very clean, with a small coffeemaker with all the things you'd need and an extremely comfy bed. It was perfect for two. There were two chairs and a little table on the shared porch outside to catch the late-day sun. The house continental breakfast was incredible with creamy fresh, homemade yogurt (my fave) topped with fresh fruit and granola, an assortment of pastries and cereals, oj, and coffee made to order, all put into a small picnic hamper to enjoy in your room or the adjacent patio. We enjoyed to peaceful quiet while still being less than 10 minutes from Dennis beaches, stores, etc. Our host and their staff were great and were available if we needed anything (we didn't). The grounds and pool looked lovely (we didn't try the pool). Several times on our stay, we mentioned wanting to come back again. We're looking forward to it.
