Clean and Modern
Super easy check in and check out, nice clean and modern room. Bathroom has a nice supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of easy storage under the beds and in intentionally built in areas, and several usb plug options. We have a family of four and this was a nice place to stay costing on $120 for a Saturday night. Only downside is that there was no breakfast, just snacks to purchase from a little cafe.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Very clean. The issue we had was that first of all, we had a room above the lobby. It was so loud all night, we couldn’t sleep. I’m not sure what was going on, but there were noises constantly. Secondly, we picked this location because it had an indoor pool. Come to find out, the pool is closed and it has no information of that on the website (they have a pop up at the very top, but not on the actual page for that hotel ) or on the booking. We were super sad about that.

Staff when we checked in were not wearing their face masks. When we were getting ready in the morning (not checked out yet) we got a knock on the door from maid service and again the staff did not have their face mask on.

Unique, Modern Room and Close to Kings Island
Really great experience at this hotel. Everything was very modern and clean. Very short drive (less than 5 minutes) to Kings Island (which was the primary reason for my stay). The hotel has some very unique furniture and fixtures, which I thought made it stand out more than the standard hotel room. Only real downside was no hot breakfast - but that's everywhere because of COVID! I did appreciate how the hotel at least gave bagged breakfasts to make do with the current times. Check in was very seamless and the staff was very friendly to me. The lobby has a cool little area where you can purchase things. Unfortunately didn't get to use the pool since I ran out of time but it looked really nice! Beds were also really comfortable and everything was very clean. I am sure I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Kings Island!

Very helpful when needed items: toothbrushes, etc. Accomodating when AC was not working properly. Disappointed that there was no microwave and disappointed that pool/workout facility not open but understandable given the COVID restrictions. Great location for visiting King's Island!
