Don’t stay here
Had to wait an hour to check in. Initially was told that our room had not been finished. Sat in lobby and watched at least 30 others check in and head to their room. Went back to front desk and spoke to another person who said that the door to our room was broken and was being fixed. I asked to have room changed or upgraded, and was told Manager said no, e had to wait. 15 minutes later, we went to room, and supposedly fixed door nearly knocked my Inyo son out. It had not been fixed and it slammed shut with a lot of force. The closer on it was still broken. Front desk now wanted us to go out of room. We had been traveling all day and I said no. Every time we went in or out, the door slammed so hard that it shook the hallway walls. Also, no daily cleaning apparently due to staff shortage, but they still charge full price. Overall, and we stayed in a large suite, not impressed with how they handled us. Would not stay there again. Lots of other Hotels in the immediate area. Stay elsewhere. They don’t care about their customers, just the money they charge. We were there for 3 days and could not get our room cleaned.

8/10 Very good

Excellent View but expensive
Good size room (720) with an excellent view of the harbour and a small balcony. Only 3 draws and about 2 feet of hanging space but otherwise OK. God gym and pool but nowhere to sit and relax as their patio isn't peaceful - near the road and a noisy fountain. We ate at the Days Inn next door and there's also an off licence at its back. Very quick to get into the centre and the harbour. Book a day before for Milestones and the Customs House which offer good food and an excellent view of the harbour.
