The main reason for picking The Panoramic for our stay in Tulum was this beautiful picture of the pool. Hate to tell you it hasn't been built yet and they don't tell you that when you book. Other items: no functioning elevator, neither ClubHouse (shop) nor Gym were accessible. Upon arriving we had no codes to get into our room and security was of limited assistance so imagine arriving off 8 hours of traveling and not being able to access your room after carrying your multiple bags up flights of stairs since no elevator!! I was going to cry.... Once we were able to figure out how to make contact with the Xperience team all was good. We were able to get into our room which was the King Studio. It was very nice however once we sat on the bed it was broke - UGH!! With a quick phone call again we were moved to another room. Pleasantly surprised by a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room and dining room. This was a fantastic space. Clean, modern with a gorgeous tub that we took a nice soak since there was no pool or hot tub in the location. We love to experience the local area when we travel so this location was great. Walkable to the market for bottled water and supplies for breakfast, but also the local restaurants were fantastic and inexpensive, and tons of local shopping! Beware of the side roads though - they're barely paved - so if renting a car I wouldn't rent a sedan. I was thankful for our SUV. I would highly recommend The Panoramic when finished
