Hotel did not have elevators, but staff accommodated me with a room on the 1st. Floor. Guest computer was not working therefore a boarding pass and check in with airlines was not possible. Hotel is an older hotel and could use some updates. The room was clean and tidy. Airport shuttle was a great help to the airport and definitely on time. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Bare bones amenities.

Great location near airport for an overnight stay before we headed out to newport, staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and simple. Didnt get to use the amenities but had couple of things that i am hoping they address 1. Room keys constantly didnt function and we had to make multiple trips to front desk to get it fixed, the staff themselves were frustrated with the doors 2. Parking - the parking process must be the worst i have ever seen. Its not intuitive and took us time to understand how and where to enter , update the signage and simplify the process please
