A very friendly, clean and usefully located hotel
This is a very pleasant hotel. The staff were excellent and informative. Service was prompt and helpful. I had read some reviews saying the hotel look tired and could do with redecorating. I found it was comfortable and above all, clean. Breakfast was part of my package and I was glad of this as Lisbon is a great walking city so you need a good start to your day. There was enough variety and choices whether you likes a cooked, cereal or fruit breakfast. There were two evening dining areas and I tried both. The menus were hotel guest based to reflect that you may have those looking for familiar food options. They did have Portuguese options too. I was happy with the food I ordered. They were reasonably priced, good portions, and some included a beverage all in. The only thing I would say was the air conditioning is noisy. I was lucky to be in Lisbon when it was not super hot so only had it on a few times. It worked but was noisy. Overall I would recommend it as an excellent hotel to book if visiting Lisbon, especially if you get it on a deal package. It’s a few streets from the metro and in a nice quiet location.

To noise and a little out dated
Well I’m getting pretty annoyed with these hotel booking pay top dollar and get rooms in the back of hotel plus I should have been aware of the construction and flight path noise not very nice breakfast not good at all coffee machines always out of order.

Lovely Hotel
We had a lovely time. The hotel is described as being near the centre but it took us 40 minutes to walk-in. The hotel was tired and in need of sprucing up a little to make it 4 star standard in our opinion. No tea making facilities in the room and WiFi was intermittent. We can not fault the service... this was excellent. Breakfast was substantial although the poor staff had to keep topping up as the serving baskets were small. Slowest toaster in the world!

Good choice
The hotel is much nicer in communal areas than bedrooms (quite tired).

Good hotel ideally located for visiting Lisbon.
Hotel is ideally located near the Metro station, so great for getting to all of Lisbon’s tourist attractions. Room was great value, spacious and very comfortable. Food okay, but nothing special, but there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, so not an issue. Overall, had a very pleasant stay.

Hardly 4*
Hotel is rated four star but it needs a major face lift. It has become shabby and is in need of refurbishment. Photos do not give a true reflection.

Comfortable Smart and Accessible
Smart, clean and nicely located. Short walks to different metro lines and the large Superstore Corte Ingles. The room was comfortable with a nice welcome gift of Pasteis de Nata ... the room and bathroom were spotless and the space was adequate (the bed was huge!). The only downsides for me were no iron in the room (I had to ask to borrow one temporarily), no working safe (old one in place with lock removed) and little information about the hotel, apart from the room service menu. It was a comfortable stay though and I would stay again, remembering these issues. Some reception staff were more cheerful than others it must be said. My arrival was a bit dour but the departure was very smiley (different people). I think I was overcharged for water too though - only used 2 from the minibar but was charged for 3... didn't notice until I got home, but something to look out for.

Terrific, high level hotel. The service was excellent, attentive, and multi-lingual. The location is a little north of the main sights, but is well placed between three major metro stations. The breakfast is great too.

The check in clerk was not friendly at all. She seemed angry that we were checking in at 10:30 pm
