Review on LONDON NYC
The overall cleaness of the hotel and hotel room was not great and therefore I would not stay there in the future. Also no breakfast included which is disappointing when the room charges are quite high.

Exceptional
The stay was excellent, the only point we would make was in respect of the bathroom door which is a sliding door which, due to the skirting board does not completely close

Great hotel in fab location.
Great Location for a a short stay in NYC. Helpful and friendly check in staff, Bell Boy. I didn't use the restaurant or bar.

High prices and terrible service
Terrible stay this time, which was very disappointing as I have stayed various times at the London and have had a good experience previously. The room was expensive but I was ready to accept it as I thought it was a larger suite, like I had had before. I had the smallest room possible, with a door that was faulty and took extreme force to close and open, and just generally very poor service. Management has changed, and I believe that the hotel was recently sold. The attention to detail has since changed, everything is constantly a 'no', staff is limit rude (notably room-service which is a disaster), and they seem to give priority to big groups rather than returning private customers. Overall a terrible disappointment.
