Expected the bigger sized room we’d stayed in previously. Room ok but felt cramped.

2 of 3 Lifts out of sevice for most of the stay. Breakfast is OK if you get in early, Cooked eggs and Fried bread soggy and cool.

SO DISSAPOINTED, a good hotel ruined
I come to Liverpool at least once a month and this is the worst hotel I have stayed at. Rude receptionist. my greeting was, your room is Pais and a key card put in front of me. I couldn't read the writing so asked the man the number. no hot information given at all. Rooms have been split into smaller rooms. the bathroom was so small the toilet was hidden by the door. Cheap mattress and hard pillows. No Miror to see when you dry your hair and the haidryer shorted out and smoke came out of the back and it shorted out. Please consider these basics before book.
