Bathroom disgusting hygiene / freezer did not work and door was leaking water , there was no soap or anything in any of the bathrooms . The door handles were all missing . The towels bedding and pillows might as well of been dust as it was the thinnest things I’ve ever seen . The was no one to help us in directions or how to do payment or for any kind of help and and nothing worked apart from the TV . No one spoke English £ 400 we paid and it was a disgrace I rather stay at easy hotel no joke.

Damaged rooms
once we got in we found broken door handles, holes in walls, smoke detectors damaged and damage to the carpet, we messaged the representative that we had been dealing with to gain access to explain the damage we had found and to send photos but got no reply. got no reply

+Ives - Location was great. - Apartment condition and cleanliness is great. - Easy check-in and check-out - Good support of staff. -ives - Door keys was not working, so had to stay outside the house for sometime before getting help. - Bathtub wasn't functional.
