    Poor breakfast service

    great hotel location was amazing. Afternoon tea was lovely but breakfast was a little poor. We waited for a long time to be seated and we where put on a table with no coffee cups. I had to ask for a coffee cup 10mins later and again for a refill. When I went up to the buffet no plates and when asked was given small side plate for my breakfast. Such a shame everything else was great at the hotel.

    Very nice Saturday night stay

    Nice one night stay, room on 2nd floor was very large with 2 bathrooms and a massive bed, however very dark as internally facing windows gave virtually no light. Lounge on mezzanine floor was very good as was the breakfast and check-in. Small queue at check out but nice that this was at 12 Noon rather than earlier. Overall, very good one-night stay.

    Great for a special occasion

    Stayed 1 night for Valentine’s Day celebration and wedding anniversary. The location is very convenient for the theatre. We had a very nice evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Staff are super polite and make you feel very special. Breakfast was also excellent . We used swimming pool and it was lovely. Will stay here again

    Posh hotel in heart of Piccadilly

    Prime location near Piccadilly Circus - was walkable from the New Year fireworks and just stepped outside to see the parade on New Year's Day. The room was a decent size for London and well fitted out but otherwise not remarkable. Excellent breakfast in the beautiful glass breakfast room on the first floor. Only complaint - was made to wait 1.5 hours for check in at 4.30 as room was not ready, and were promised one with a view (could have room immediately if we did not have view). The room we were given just looked onto a neighbouring wall a few feet away. For the price there should be a big discount for such rooms. We were promised but it was not delivered!
