Great location
The location was spectacular. Super close to Piccadilly, soho, carnaby st, trafalger, and covent garden. The room was spacious and bathroom was adequate.

Quite disappointed. It was our first stay at the Dilly which is a ‘5 star hotel’. The floor boards to our room were uneven and creaked. There was an air conditioning unit which made a constant noise and you could see through which was unappealing and covered in dust.

We’re not be back again
We were on the fourth floor, very stuffy, no natural air room, smell old, faulty air conditioning reported it. Engineer came made no difference 95° all night in room wouldn’t allowers to open window, room itself was okay, good central location but will not be back again.

Shabby and Tired
Apart from reception the hotel is shabby and run down. Really old mismatched room furniture that had seen better days 20 years ago. Fridge not working, air con only just working. No usbs no useable plug sockets for laptops charging etc. Bar closed. Requested ice never got it. Unsympathetic staff who are clearly used to many complaints not interested. This is barely a 3 star. There are far better hotels nearby.
