I think COVID excuse is used too much to explain lack services
Nice hotel but not in such a nice neighborhood. I was told that it wasn't safe to walk at night.
The service at check in was great. I booked this room while stopped at a truck stop because it had a good rating on here and their pet policy. I expected a less than perfect room since I had a pet with me. I was not prepared for the condition of the room. We’re “budget” hotel people. We’re usually happy as long as it’s clean but this room I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. The remote control was missing a huge section out of the middle, there was a giant busted piece of wall above one of the beds, only 1 out of the 3 lights worked and there was some questionable spots on the bathroom floor and door frame. I wasn’t even comfortable bathing my toddler in the tub. Once I saw the condition of the room I hopped on to read reviews and read some disturbing reviews from two weeks ago about some safety issues of the hotel and the neighborhood it’s located in. I packed up my toddler and dog and we checked out less than two hours after checking in. I paid $60 for that nightmare then had to drive down the road and pay another $100 for a room to sleep in for the night.
Was a decent experience. Didnt like having to take own trash down and exchange towels to get new ones. Had a key card issue that never got resolved. Room was real nice an beds were comfy. No mini fridge but had a microwave which is weird. But good price.
All around great.
Good people good room. Didnt like the dogs in the hotel.
It’s a pet friendly hotel, that’s good or bad depending if you are an animal person. Pets stay for free so expect to see a good amount of them. The room smelled like a combination of very cheap man cologne with cigarette smell. I saw a lot of truck drivers staying there, so that might be it, they go out to smoke all night and come back into the room, so if that’s a constant scenario then it’s difficult to get rid of those two odors. Bathrooms are not well cleaned, there was nail polishes splashed all over the cabinets and bathroom door.
The hotel is under remodelaciones No breakfast Darty Property
The room really needs a makeover. Holes in the walls, an electrical outlet wires and all hanging out of the wall. The lock on the door was messed up when we leaving.
