Don’t come here for the pool
I booked this hotel because it advertised it has a pool , but it’s not included in the price , it cost 2000 yen ( 20 Canadian dollars ) per person per hour to use the pool . Also I paid extra for upper floor and it turn out the window is beside the bed and you can only see out if you are kneeing on the bed . The room is very small , no place for your clothes and your luggages fits under the bed , so every time you need something you have to haul the whole suitcase onto the bed to get it . There is 3 staff at the reception all the time but won’t help with the checkin process but to stand there and watch you do it . The good - the location is convenient , and the onsen is free . Won’t stay here again as there is many choices for small rooms without a pool .

Excellent for the price. Very convenient to central Osaka with a subway station connected by elevator. Not sure why the pool was closed since it's summer, but the sauna was nice. Key cards stop working exactly at check-out time, so I was trapped in the Family Mart on the 2nd floor and had to wait for another guest to let me down. That's pretty ridiculous. Hotel staff didn't seem to understand what I was complaining about, even in Japanese. Overall, well worth the money if you get it for USD $50/night or so.
