Very disappointed with the front desk service
Strange that on the last day of my stay (on Sunday night), the Front desk staff that I asked for help that night (to pick up my "luggages" that they were holding for me - I had 5 items that were of different sizes) ... Was super lazy and unwilling to properly help me take my stuff out to my car in the car park. He just loaded my items on the luggage cart, and then all he did was that he made me walk the luggage cart out by myself to the car parking lot while he just was walking next to me only. Problem is that I was also carrying three other items that didn't fit on the cart and was carrying them with one hand (my left hand)..and he literally made me push the cart on my own one-handed. It was very hard to control the direction of the luggage cart with one hand only and he didn't even help me with it. Then, when we got to the car park he just said please return cart after unloading and putting into the car back to the front desk by myself (he just walked off rather than waiting for me to unload my things and taking the luggage cart with him. He also wasn't busy at all with anyone/anything. I mean seriously poor service! Unbelievable! Also, I stayed at this hotel many times, but they still asked me weird questions or unnecessary questions especially like (I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights) when I put my laptop on hold with them and I just come pick it up and I get asked: Are you checking out or checking into the hotel on the 2nd night of my stay. It's unnecessary to do that.
