Great stay, apart from a very annoying overheating AC in the rooms (I did raise to hotel staff who tried to address it quickly, but due to the season a cooler room temp setting was apparently not possible). The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and pleasant, and the location is truly outstanding. The receptionists were always courteous and helpful, and it was clear that the hotel genuinely cares about guest feedback and constantly strives to ensure complete satisfaction. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where customer satisfaction is given such high priority — please keep it up! I would be happy to stay with you again on my next visit.
