This hotel is on another level. Each bedroom is themed along a famous Portugese writer. Wonderful decor and I really enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff are so helpful. I was assisted with everything and they were repeatedly checking to see if everything was alright, nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice and again people working hard to make sure that everyone got what they wanted. I really enjoyed the service and my time there. It’s a wonderful hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel - beautifully designed with interesting features to observe and enjoy. My family and I were in the two-bed royal apartment, which was spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were all super-friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a fabulous stay, from booking restaurants to providing information on what else we could do in the city.
