Very close to grocery and food places and only a minute walk to bus stop #12 so it was very convenient for tour pick ups. Also walking distance to main city center. The laundry is the only benefit. And the location to bus stop 12. The sheets were stained and had hair all over, I had to go to the basement to get more. Worth it for laundry or if you need kitchen access. Not worth it otherwise.

Clean, modern apartment in the center of Reykjavik. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and having a washing machine & drying rack was a plus. We loved that we could easily walk everywhere in Reykjavik, but it’s also close to the highway to go exploring. Parking options are paid on the street or in the garage below the building. We never had an issue finding a spot. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay in this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up, including dishwasher soap, washer and dryer with laundry soap was also appreciated! Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Hosts were very responsive when we asked for more towels- and same were easily accessible to us on site. Coffee maker wasn’t great so we picked up some instant coffee at the nearby market. The area was safe with lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance. Would totally stay here again!
