Enjoyable stay
My room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I loved that 7th floor was a designated quiet floor, as they were hosting a set of youth teams for a soccer tournament. My room was missing a tv remote and power outlets on the nightstands; they replaced the remote immediately upon my request but only solution for power was to plug phone into the floor outlets nearest the end of the bed or use the desk. I enjoyed the Aveda supplies in the shower but the cleaning staff must not have seen my note I left asking for them to refill the shower soap-overall a good stay.

Check in supposed to be at 3:00. Rooms were not ready. Sat there until 5:15 to get my room after standing in a long line. Hotel has great potential but you can tell that it has been neglected. Could use a major cleaning and update. Could be an easy 4 star with a little TLC

The property overall is great. However, the only concern was the restaurant and bar. Not enough great items to select from the menu and the bar has areas to improve as I found it not a great place to hang out for a drink. The staff overall was great in every area I used. I liked it, don't get me wrong, just make the bar and restaurant a bit more fun, and I'll be a regular there.

Beautiful property that has alot of car break ins
This is an exceptionally beautiful property that we have stayed at several times. Unfortunately, despite being a nice property condition wise, every time we have been here car burglars have broken into vehicles. They broke into my car on out last trip and the two other trips I found vehicles with busted windows and/or cops taking vehicle burglary reports. Management needs to get some under cover security and get this under control
