Beautifully situated on the beach front. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Kosher meals were good value, always a good selection for adults and children. Lots of facilities.

Overall great place BUT: 1 - Check-inn took a very long time as the reception team did not found our online reservation (after about half an hour they did find it!) 2 - On one of the 3 days the did not clean the room at all until 19:00 ! which is of course unacceptable

The hotel is in a beautiful location with close access to transport, shop, etc. the facilities in the hotel are beautiful, the pools and spa, etc however the place is a little dated and needs a lick of paint and some upgrades. The staff are overall very helpful and accommodating, however, a few of them especially the waiters at the restaurant and the bar are very terse and can be very unaccommodating which is a massive shame!
