Good experience, from pick up at airport to checking out. Good size room. Only minor point being 'indoor' balcony overlooks bar/eating area and pool so a bit noisy, but would stay again.

Disappointed in our stay. Very difficult parking due to terrible plowing. Stressed out staff with mask on their chins. 1st room was next to a screaming party. 2nd reeked of pot smoke. Leaving was super stressful. How do you pay for parking? Why didn't the gate buttons work for half the people? Giant lines of people just trying to leave. Pool closed with no indication of that on their website. Tv fuzzy. Missing or broken things. Only good thing was comfy bed.
The hotel looks good in pictures but when I got to my room it smelt like smoke. The rooms are very mediocre and the shower is disappointing
Seems good until you get to your room. I stayed a week. Just a few things. Shower had a hole in the ceiling. Tv had a bad connection. Have to request a refrigerator. Requested new bed sheets and they never came. Even went to front desk. Actually saw them give masks to the guests but when I asked I was told that there wasn’t any. Just unpleasant stay and the only reason I stayed was because of the refund policy.
