The hotel is great, whether you're stopping by or staying a couple of days. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are split into 2, so there is a living room and a bedroom which makes things a little cramped. Also the bathroom is only the toilet and shower, and sink is outside. But the room is comfortable. The staff was so helpful; my husband has a dairy allergy and they were helpful to get soy milk for breakfast to accomodate him!
Service was good considering the covid restrictions. Property is dated and badly needs to be refurbished... convenient to the airport and train station.
For a quick family trip to the slopes, this is a good option. The prices are reasonable
We have stayed at Embassy Suites before and loved it, this is our second time staying there and felt very comfortable. We went up to play in the snow and saff was friendly and helpful . Would stay again .
For the amount of money we paid for two rooms, I was not completely happy. The walls are too thin, I could hear the conversations in the next room, the running of kids on the top floor were too loud, didn't sleep well. The rooms were not very clean though. I found small pieces of garbage in the corners of the room. The bldg door lock we stayed near malfunctioned, so you had to walk to the next entrance to get into the bldg. The sidewalks at the entrance/exits were near slopes, so when it snowed, I didn't want anyone slipping on the slush and ice. I have read other reviews and decided to stay here. We got two rooms reserved and couldn't be placed next to each other. Overall, I don't think we will stay at this place again.
The hotel needs some updating. Overall the accommodations were ok, but the carpets need deep cleaning. The furniture needs to be deep cleaned or replaced as well.
Air quality in the room were very poor as well as the a/c was major issue. Breakfast was also not good quality compared to other embassy suites been at.
Dirty carpet. Rip drapes and dated furniture. This place needs remodeling.
Its in a convenient location for me. Its quiet and close to dinning establishments.
The general manager John Williams was very helpful and welcoming resolving some issues see encountered. Thank you John! Ok
