Mediocre stay at this upscale hotel
We were pleasantly greeted but when we inquired about our VIP drink offer they never followed through and we never received the perk. Our room seemed smaller than anticipated especially the bathroom, the photos showed double sinks and our bathroom only had one, considering we booked a deluxe king room. Hotels.com’s room description stated temperpedic beds but ours was a regular bed. It was comfortable considering it wasn’t what we hoped for. We did have the city view. The bed wasn’t properly made with a top sheet and we had to request one. They simply left it on the bed. Housekeeping didn’t come until after 4pm and by then we were relaxing in the room and had to ask them to take the coffee cups and bring fresh ones for the next day. The table edges were dusty in the groves and they left previously used moisturizer on the bathroom counter. We expected more from this hotel especially for the price. We don’t plan to return to this hotel. Upon checkout the gentleman at the desk didn’t even ask how our stay was.
