Second time we have stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in a very nice part of Amsterdam . Everything very accessible . Staff wonderful and place beautifully decorated and maintained . We love it !

Very good 8.0
Great location for the museums.
Lovely staff and good service. Great location for museums. Breakfast a little limited, eggs too runny. Breakfast room small, especially when hotel was busy over the weekend.

Friendly and well appointed
Very friendly, in a quiet street but so close to walk to all of the local attractions. Highly recommended. The staff could not have been more helpful

Lovely hotel in perfect location and the staff were helpful beyond the call of duty. We would certainly stay there again.

Fair 4.0
This hotel is in a very good location and the bedrooms were to a good standard. However, the service was disappointing. As friends travelling together we had understood that we had booked a twin-bedded room but, because they subsequently refused to guarantee this, I had little choice other than to book a late (and much more costly) additional room online where the choice was still given as 'twin-bedded or double rooms'. One of our rooms was indeed a twin-bedded room so I fail to understand why this could not have been confirmed for us in advance. These unhelpful communications in advance of our stay were compounded on our arrival when, after several hours travelling, the receptionist kept us waiting whilst he dealt with a rude man who had pushed in in front of us. At breakfast, the service from the waitress was good but on our final day the waiter seemed intent on ignoring us until he had relaid all the tables. On check-out, they tried to charge us again for our breakfasts for which we had already paid. The breakfast itself was expensive in terms of the quality and range of ingredients provided. This was, therefore, overall for us a disappointing and poor value for money stay.
