Very unhelpful staff. It was not made clear on booking that this room is without a bathroom. When you book a hotel, you expect a bathroom with the bedroom. This was hidden in the small print. This shouldn't be called a hotel, it is a hostel. We decided to leave and book somewhere else, although still had to pay for the unused room.
