Terrible
Do not stay here. Holes in the walls, filthy breakfast area, hard to understand staff, poor workmanship on the few room"upgrades", not even any hangers in the closet. We had to make an emergency trip because of a family member in the hospital and figured "Ramada" and "Wyndham", how could it be bad... ohhhhhh it was BAD.

Conditions were not so great screen to balcony was old and holey. Dressers and shelving was worn and scratched. Fridge was scratched and dented. This location is long overdue for a complete overhaul.

Most importantly the room was clean and comfy.
One-night stay was fine. Room was very clean. However, the room and the facility in general is somewhat rundown. For example, in the room, the caulking around the tub was very amateurishly applied. The battery cover for the TV remote was missing and the batteries held in place with tape.

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked
We ended up getting a refund on our room. The hotel smelled like cigarettes. As soon and we walked into the room we were met with an unbearable pungent smell and a super chemically smell of bleach. The floors had numerous noticeable stains on the carpet, the bed sheets were dirty and had flea dirt and holes in them. The nightstands and table were filthy. The bathtub had a huge ball of hair in the drain and was dirty. The smell was so overwhelming my sons asthma flared up and we had to leave. There’s a security guard in the lobby with a bullet proof vest on which made me feel like concerned that this property isn’t very safe. The parking lot felt sketchy and definitely not a place I’d feel safe walking to my car alone.

Dirty floors in the room. Budget hotel.
Staff was friendly, price was right. Room furnishings were fair, except for the floors -- carpet was dirty and sticky, bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. It's a budget hotel, but the floors in the room were awful. Everything worked, including lamps, tv, a/c, fridge. Can't recommend.
