    My stat was aqesome the front desk was absolutely kind and helpful they were also kind with my guest when coming and going there xurrently is no services running du to covid but even without services it wqs q great stay

    It was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the hotel section. Check in and out was quick and painless. Room was clean and as expected. Some updates which was nice. Location is great! We enjoyed our stay.

    This hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. There is plenty of parking available.The place needs a make-over, though - it is very dated and quite dull and dreary. The bedding isn't great (cheap stitched-up blanket) and the carpet (wall-to-wall) was poorly fitted with creases that are a bit of a hazard; the dial on the shower was broken and the toilet roll holder was loose, tilted down (so the roll would fall on to the floor all the time). If you can look past this, it's not a bad place to stay. It's about a five-minute drive to big stores down Princess and approximately twenty to Queen's. The location close to Sydenham/ 9 coming off the 401 is convenient. Didn't try the restaurant.

    I booked for 5 people and when I booked it says there was a sofa bed. As we check in, the room does not have sofa. They should at least tell me when i book that its not available for 5 people so at least i could find room somewhere else

    Room was clean. Ok decoration but there was an old lone chair with stained fabric in the room. Bathroom very cramped with a rather low ceiling. Bathroom door was sticking and could not close completely. You had to push your whole body weight against the door several times to push it open again. The room was way overpriced at $210/night.
