First of all, the staff is great! And the breakfast is brilliant! You can order a from scratch sandwich or omelette on the spot and a staff will make it for you. Just remember to give tips for it is really great free breakfast! The parking is 15 to 17 extra charge which is hotels decision which is not ideal. They do accept pets but the pet waste basket has been when I arrived, and for the four days I stayed there, it stayed full and was never emptied and overflowing. The swimming pool water murky and in maintenance. Room is clean and spacious. With staff being kind and with the breakfast, I could come again.

Very disappointing. Breakfast was decent but not as good as we usually expect from embassy. The whole place seemed to be run down overall. Not the nice clean high caliber I usually expect from an Embassy Suites. We picked it for its proximity to the airport and that it had a pool for the kids to chill in after long travels the night before but the pool was disgusting. The door was half broken, the water was cloudy, yellow with bugs floating in it. Ceiling tiles were broken and falling down. There were old towels all over the floor surrounding the pool. Beds were comfy. Rooms were fine. No extra blankets in the room for the pullout so had to take the time at 2am to wait and get those as well. Do not plan to return. If you’re looking for a place to rest your head for the night, it should be fine but beyond that, you might want to look elsewhere. No problem with the Staff - they were helpful when needed!
