Not so hot
When I arrived to check in for 2 rooms, I was asked for my ID, which I provided. I was then asked if someone had checked in earlier in the day, since on e of the rooms was already occupied. I asked how that could happen if an ID was required for check in and got no answer. In addition I requested one room to be handicap accessible, and was not informed until check in that no accessible room was available. After about 15-20 minutes we were accommodated on the first floor, since the hotel has no elevator, still without an accessible room. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing, since the hotel was continually out of various items, and guests had to remind the attendant to refill, eggs, sausage, coffee and other items. Not a good example of hospitality.

Staff is great; hotel in poor condition
Our check-in experience was excellent. It is just the condition of the property that is lacking. There are also was just a general musty/strange smell in our room. We stay here when we come through Sheridan, but only to save money.

Not the best
Clerk refuse to tell me what my price was, scanned my credit and didn't tell me how much, even though the room was prepaid through Hotels.com. Also the breakfast was lacking in quality and quantity. Very unpleasant stay. The only positives were a good shower and comfortable beds.
