Staff is what made my stay so special. Very kind, helpful, amenable. There is NO air conditioning. Rooms are small and circulation is almost nonexistent so beware if booking during summer. Decent breakfast spread. Great location, convenient and near major points of interest. The staff truly did make the stay so comfortable and I would recommend the hotel to anyone outside summer season.

Stayed here during the heatwave of June 2026. Miserable temperatures in the hotel and a single fan provided. The room was sparsely appointed but clean and the bathroom large but the shower was small. Having a light breakfast provided was a nice touch. Hotel is located very close to the train station and Chapel bridge. If they had a way to regulate temperature in the rooms it could have been 5 stars but given the room temperature stayed in the high 80s day and night I just can’t.
